I’m Kevin Cruzado. I’ve been building software for more than twenty years, and leading engineering teams for more than five.
More than ten years of that has been in healthcare IT, including leading enterprise data services at a North Carolina managed care organization. That has meant owning enterprise applications, the integration layer that moves data between them, and the CI/CD infrastructure that other teams ship through, in .NET and Angular, on Azure DevOps, against SQL Server, in an industry where a wrong number in a report is a compliance problem, not a bug ticket.
That environment shapes how I build. I think about data lineage, audit trails, authentication, and what happens when a system fails, because in healthcare those aren’t optional. I design for the next developer rather than the next deadline: reusable templates, standard project structure, quality gates in the pipeline, and documentation that survives my involvement.
I’ve also built my practice around AI-assisted development, deliberately rather than casually. Used properly, with real review and real quality gates, it has changed what a team can deliver. I’ve shipped production services in weeks that would conventionally have taken months, and that capability is now central to how I scope and price work.
Ant Technology is where I apply all of it for founders and small businesses who need a real website or application rather than a template, built by people who know what it takes to maintain code for years.
